9.2 Enrollees Must Live in Service Area.
To enroll in an HMO, the Participant must live or work within the HMO's service area. For the Kaiser HMO, your home or principal place of work zip code must be included within the Kaiser HMO's zip code. Accordingly, an HMO may not be available to all Participants because an HMO's service area may not include the area in which the Participant lives or works.
