Health and Welfare Summary Plan Description

10.1 General Rules and Eligibility.

All Local 6 members eligible for major medical coverage under the Plan are eligible to have contributions made to a Health Reimbursement Arrangement ("HRA"). The HRA allows you, as an eligible Participant, to maintain an employer-funded account alongside major medical coverage. Beginning with hours worked in June 2018, your Employer will contribute in accordance with its Contribution Agreement to an account established on your behalf that you may use to pay for qualified out-of-pocket medical expenses.
