12.8 Mistaken Payments.
If the Plan mistakenly makes a payment to any person or otherwise causes an administrative error relating to the Plan, the Plan will correct the error to the extent practicable, and any person to whom such mistaken payment was made will repay the Plan upon request of the Plan. The Plan has the right to recover any amount mistakenly or improperly paid to any person, and the Plan may offset benefits owed to a Covered Individual by any other amounts owed to the Plan by such Covered Individual.
