13.10  Organizations that Receive Premiums.

The following organizations receive insurance premiums from the Plan to provide insured benefits:

1. Union Labor Life Insurance Co. (stop-loss coverage for Self-Funded PPO)
2. Blue Shield of California (HMO)
3. Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc. (HMO)
