6.3 Open Enrollment.
After your initial enrollment, you may change benefit options during each open enrollment period, which generally occurs during the month of July with changes effective August 1. The Plan Office will send out open enrollment material with Plan information around the beginning of July. Be sure to enroll all of your Dependents when you first enroll. If you do not enroll a Dependent when you enroll, your Dependent may later be enrolled only under the Special Enrollment provisions in Section 6.4 or during a succeeding open enrollment period effective the following August 1.
