55 and less than 65

1. 10 Pension Credits; and
   
2. 3,000 Inside Wire Hours of Pension Credit since January 1, 1996; and
   
3. Age plus Inside Wire Pension Credits is at least 85; and
   
4. 1,000 Inside Wire covered Hours in the 36 months immediately preceding satisfaction of (a), (b), and (c) above, and attainment of age 55.
